Workshop Registration Details

Data-Driven Sucess: The Pony Way- This training focuses on using date-driven decision-making to support academic growth for all students. Teachers will analyze multiple sources of student data to identify strengths, gaps, and learning trends. Using this information, staff will collabortively plan both vertically and horizontally to ensure alignment of instruction across grade levels and content areas.

Teachers will share effective instructional strategies, discuss best practices, and break down student groups based on specific academic needs. The sessions emphasizes purposeful collaboration to design targeted interventions, enrichment opportunities, and instructional supports. By the end of the training, teachers will be equipped to use data intentionally to guide instruction, monitor progress, and make informed decisions that promote continuous student growth.
