Using Standards Mastery as an Instructional Tool

Teachers explore how Mastery Checks can be used as part of instruction to provide exposure to rigorous and dynamic assessment items. Teachers preview assessment items to understand the depth and rigor of the standards and then plan strategies for approaching the item type and content for their instruction.

Teachers will be disaggregating data to better identify student needs, reveal learning gaps, and infrom targeted instructional decisions.
