F.S. lara Academy's End-Of-Year Staff Development will provide staff the opportunity to reflect, review, and align on key instructional and procedural practices specidic to our campus. The session will focus on strengthening consistency, safety, and student support through discussion of campus safety expectations, morning, intake procedures, cafeteria announcements. PBIS implemtation, after-school release, and para-professional duties and responsibilities. This collaborative process will help ensure a unified approach for improved campus operations and student success.
