This staff development session will prepare teachers/counselors for the upcoming school year by aligning operations and strategic growth. We need celebrate past achievements, establish foundational procedures, and introduce critical new district initiatives. The focus is operational readiness, continuous improvement, and goal alignment. Participant outcomes include opertional clarity, strategic alignment and collaborative action. Application to practice includes practicipants immediatly applying insights to build a unified and high-performing school environment.
