This campus staff development will focus on analyzing and comparing current student perfomace data with previous year outcomes to identiify trends and establish academic target goals. Participants will review and become familiar with campus policies and procedures while collaborating to align instructional practices with campus piorities. By the end of the session, staff will be equipped to use data to inform instruction, implement consistent campus expectations, and support improved student achievement.
