The purpose of the workshop is to talk about the prevalence and impact of childhood trauma and chronic stress (aka Adverse Childhood Experiences) on brain development, learning, and behavior and how the PBIS framework can help school personnel design and create safe, supportive, and productive learning environments for all students and staff.

Audience

La Joya ISD Staff, Professionals and Para Professionals that work in any of the 10 ACE campuses and are in need of TEP credits.
