Professional development provides teachers and support staff with the necessary training to ensure all students receive high-quality reading instruction through the Estrellita program. The training will address the Estrellita curriculum for each program, including instructional materials, Estrellita methodology, whole-group and small-group instruction with differentiated strategies, classroom management, and the program sequence. The virtual Estrellita session will focus on reviewing current student progress monitoring data to evaluate the impact of instruction. Participants will analyze student performance, identify areas of growth and instructional need, and plan next steps to support continued progress toward foundational Spanish literacy goals.
