Fighting Invisible Tigers by Earl Hipp offers both information and advice for gifted teens. It begins with a chapter titled Stress 101 and then leads them to the investigation of eleven strategies to help them navigate through life. Gifted Students face many challenges and sometimes worries come to them all at the same time tough homework assignments, health concerns, relationship problems and sometimes even awful online comments. Teachers will guide students through all eleven strategies to help them cope with stress.
