Streamlining Office Tasks with Google Forms & Sheets for Central Office Staff

This professional development session is designed to help central office secretaries simplify and automate routine tasks using Google Forms and Google Sheets. Participants will learn how to create and customize forms for tasks such as staff surveys, supply requests, and event registrations. The training will also cover how form responses are automatically organized in Google Sheets, and how to manage, sort, and analyze data efficiently. By the end of the session, staff will be equipped with practical tools to improve accuracy, save time, and enhance productivity across district operations.
