Preventing Food-Borne Illness & Give good customer service during difficult times

This course provides knowledge of the food cycle that helps prevent foodborne illness. Participants will learn how to adapt different strategies to different circumstances in the workplace when encountering customers. This session will also provide learning material that explains the different types of customers (internal & external) and demonstrations of how to stay calm during a difficult time.
