Mindset Strategies for Freshman Success: Participants will learn actionable strategies for fostering a growth mindset in freshman students, emphasizing resilience, perseverance, and a sense of belonging in the academic environment.
Collaborative Approach to Supporting Freshman: Participants will engage in collaborative discussions to align instructional practices, intervention strategies, and accountability systems to better support freshman students in achieving success.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Participants will explore how to use Freshman On Track data effectively to identify trends, assess student needs, and implement targeted interventions to keep students on track academically and socially.
