-Prepare Principals and AP's to lead with excellence, clarity, focus, alignment, and coherence in 2025-2026;
-Create shared focus and commitment for what we prioritize and how we will ensure excellence in the 2025-2026 school year;
-Create a shared understanding of high-quality tier 1 instruction and how to lead it; and
-Prepare for the work ahead for the 2025-2026 school year.
