Focus: Supporting counselors in delivering effective, standards-based guidance lessons.
Goal: Training on using data dashboards (e.g., Panorama, DMAC) to monitor student progress in CCMR indicators.
Focus: Continuous improvement and ensure counselors are equipped to make informed, timely adjustments to support student success.
Goal: Counselors share examples of data-driven student planning and intervention and Workshop on adjusting interventions based on mid-year data (attendance, academic, SEL, CCMR).
