Description

This training is designed to prepare assistant principals to effectively support and oversee campus assessment programs. Participants will receive comprehensive guidance on state and local testing procedures, including roles, responsibilities, and compliance requirements. The session will include an overview of MAP and STAAR assessments. Assistant principals will also receive a TELPAS overview to strengthen understanding of English learner assessment processes. In addition, the training will provide introductions to Cambium and DMAC, focusing on navigation, reporting tools, and how these platforms support assessment.
