School Counselor Workday: Data Review, Planning, and Student Support Alignment

The optional workday provides school counselors with dedicated, uninterrupted time to complete high-priority counseling responsibilities aligned to campus and district expectations. Participants will focus on reviewing and updating student data, intervention plans, and compliance-related documentation to support student success and informed decision-making.
Key areas of work may include Panorama attendance and behavior plans, failure reports, behavior intervention planning, scheduling support, 504 and SuccessEd documentation, and reviewing counselor Tableau reports by six-week cycles. Counselors will also use this time to prepare and share relevant data with their campus principal and the Director of School Counseling, as well as complete other counseling-related planning tasks as needed.
