The IA Impact: Building Skills for Student Growth

By the end of this training, Instructional Assistants will strengthen their knowledge and skills in supporting students within special education settings through effective communication, behavior intervention strategies, progress monitoring practices, and SHARS documentation requirements. Participants will leave equipped with practical tools and strategies to foster safe, supportive, and engaging learning environments while promoting student growth, independence, and academic success.
