AVID ESL: Day 1

During this 6 hour session, participants will examine ways AVID Excel may support Emergent Bilinguals (EB) by accelerating language acquisition, developing literacy, and preparing them for college preparatory coursework. AVID Excel is designed to prepare EB students to succeed in rigorous coursework in a secondary and post secondary setting.
