This multi-day professional learning experience is designed to support instructional alignment and capacity-building in the delivery of South Texas College Dual Credit English coursework. Participants will engage in an immersive collaboration focused on the instructional framework, academic expectations, and assessment practices associated with English 1301 and English 1302. Throughout the series, the teacher will gain firsthand exposure to collegiate course design, grading structures, and platform-based instructional workflows, including the effective use of Blackboard for course management, student feedback, and academic reporting. The experience will emphasize consistency in rigor, evaluation practices, and successful implementation of the Dual Credit English model at the high school campus level.
