PSJA New Teachers will learn how to critically reflect on their teaching practices to identify strengths and areas for improvement, remember the importance of ongoing reflection as a tool for growth, recognizing that understanding strengths and areas for refinement is key to becoming more effective educators, and feel empowered and confident in their ability to continuously improve and adapt their teaching to better support student learning.
