Workshop Registration Details

Description Outcomes
Dual/ ESL curriculum writers will meet in person at their designated location with their Language Development Specialist and/ or content coordinator to implement effective content literacy practices for Dual Language and Emergent Bilingual (EB) students.
1. Teachers will conduct an analysis of the ELPS-TELPAS connection, and research TELPAS state/district data trends.

2. Teachers will participate in creating additional resources specific to the ELPS for learning strategies, listening, speaking, reading, and writing, that correlate with state standards.

3. Teachers will audit their lesson activities to ensure they adhere to the curriculum model.

DL content teachers, DL elective teachers, and ESL teachers.
