Music is an effective cognitive strategy that strengthens language, learning, improves memory and retrieval, and enhances learners’ motivation and morale. Movement activities help develop and strengthen neural pathways laying the foundation for further development in language, literacy, reading and writing. Furthermore, music and movement make learning fun and exciting, it brings JOY to education while meeting the needs of all children.
