The Best Practices Conference (BPC) will focus on best practices in student engagement, technology integration, differentiation strategies, content-based instruction, and social and emotional learning. Your peers will share strategies designed to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving educational needs and personal interests of our diverse student population.

In this collaborative session, 8th grade social studies teachers will review and reflect on 2025 STAAR data to identify trends, strengths, and growth areas. Participants will also examine the district’s Targeted Improvement Plan and explore how it informs instructional priorities. The session will conclude with a deep dive into the 2025–2026 curriculum documents to ensure alignment, strategic planning, and readiness for the upcoming school year.
