is mandatory professional development session will provide all staff with essential guidance on current state-mandated topics critical to maintaining a safe and ethical educational environment. Topics will include identifying and preventing improper relationships with students, recognizing and addressing bullying and cyberbullying, and understanding policies related to sexual harassment and retaliation. The session will also cover appropriate use of social media, student health services responsibilities, and cybersecurity awareness. Participants will gain clarity on legal responsibilities, reporting procedures, and preventive strategies to ensure compliance with state laws and district policies.
