In this interactive session designed for fine arts and elective teachers, we will explore how to set meaningful professional development goals aligned with the TTESS framework. Participants will learn strategies for identifying targeted areas for growth, drafting clear and measurable goals, and creating effective student growth measures that reflect the unique learning outcomes in elective courses. By the end of the session, teachers will leave with a solid foundation for their professional growth plan and actionable steps to track student progress throughout the year.
