HARVESTING BRILLIANCE: A G/T Conference for Families and Advocates

This session will provide students, parents, educators, and community members with the overview of the GT Program including:
1. Programming and teaching strategies tailored for gifted and advanced learners.
2. Differentiation strategies to meet diverse learning needs within classrooms.
3. Identification and assessment methods to recognize and support giftedness.
4. Addressing the social-emotional needs of gifted students, including supporting their well-being and addressing potential challenges like perfectionism or anxiety.
5. Equity and serving underrepresented gifted students.
6. Supporting twice-exceptional (2e) students, who are both gifted and have learning differences.
7. Utilizing technology and creative thinking tools in the classroom.

This session is for students, parents, administrators and community leaders.
