Meeting Registration Details

This professional development day centers on deep data analysis and instructional planning to accelerate student growth in the spring semester. Teachers will engage in a structured deep dive of Benchmark 1 and Semester Exam data to identify standards gaps, trends across student groups, and instructional priorities. Using these findings, teams will collaboratively plan targeted instruction, differentiation strategies, and intentional student grouping to prevent regression and support academic progress.

Staff will develop action plans aligned to the Targeted Improvement Plan, outlining clear commitments and monitoring strategies. Dedicated time will be provided for teachers to integrate literacy activities into lesson plans, ensuring intentional inclusion of listening, speaking, reading, and writing aligned to the Campus Literacy Plan and TELPAS expectations. The day concludes with instructional preparation time for second-semester implementation and completion of required online modules, including Cybersecurity and Health Services, ensuring both instructional readiness and compliance.
