AIda C. Escobar Elementary Campus Based Planning PM

This professional development day is designed to provide a focused and purposeful start to the spring semester. We will begin with a refresher on our campus Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP), reviewing goals, strategies, and Benchmark 1 data. PK through 2nd grade teams will also use this time to prepare for upcoming LION, TPRI, and Tejas Lee assessments as appropriate to their grade level. This work will support reflection, planning, and alignment across the campus.

In the afternoon, staff will engage in a Campus Literacy Plan refresher with a focus on TELPAS accountability and effective instructional practices. Throughout the day, we will highlight ways to monitor Summit K12 usage and strengthen listening, speaking, reading, and writing across all content areas to support student success.
