AIda C. Escobar Elementary Campus Based Planning AM

This professional development day is designed to provide a focused and purposeful start to the spring semester. We will begin with a refresher on our campus Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP), reviewing goals, strategies, and Benchmark 1 data. PK through 2nd grade teams will also use this time to prepare for upcoming LION, TPRI, and Tejas Lee assessments as appropriate to their grade level. This work will support reflection, planning, and alignment across the campus.

We will also review campus safety expectations. Staff will complete required safety trainings, participate in brief audits, and engage in guided campus walkthroughs to reinforce daily procedures and responsibilities.
