Developing Social/Emotional Skills in the Classroom

Participants will gain greater knowledge of Social/Emotional Development practices based on Erick Erickson's theory. They will gain an understanding of how all interactions between a caregiver and children play a role in children's social/emotional development based on role modeling. Participants will be given a number of different strategies and learning activities to use in the classroom for children to gain an understanding of feelings and regulation of feelings
