End-of-Year Transition & Important Exchange Meeting

As part of the district’s efforts to ensure our students with special needs experience a smooth and effective transition to their next campus, this mandatory End-of-Year Transition and Important Information Exchange meeting is designed to facilitate the sharing of critical student information, align supports and services, and ensure continuity of instruction across campuses.

Teachers transitioning students to the next campus level; one Resource/ICS teacher per elementary campus, Department Head at the secondary level for ICS, and Life Skills teachers (5th grade, middle school, and high school)
