Head Custodian Meetings are held monthly to provide Head Custodians with important department updates, operational information, and professional development opportunities. These meetings are designed to strengthen leadership skills, reinforce safety practices, improve custodial operations, and ensure consistent cleaning standards across the district. Through training, collaboration, and open communication, Head Custodians are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming learning environments while supporting the goals of the Maintenance Department and PSJA ISD.
