Leading the Work: Department Head Leadership Workshop

Complete Attendance

This workshop brings department heads together to strengthen instructional leadership and ensure consistency across the campus. The session will focus on curriculum implementation and monitoring, Hog Time, support for emergent bilingual students, campus initiatives, teacher expectations, and safety procedures. Department heads will leave with clear expectations and next steps for supporting their teachers and moving the work of the campus forward.
