Welcome-General Session:Hope Molecules: Movement Is Life-Building Health, Strength, and Resilience from Childhood

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Participants will sign in upon arrival, receive their conference materials, and be automatically registered for the General Session presented by Mr. Juan Bracamontes.

This presentation explores the connection between movement, nutrition, mindset, and human development beginning in early childhood. We will discuss how physical activity and proper nutrition can support a child’s developing brain and body while building confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits.
The presentation will introduce the concept of “hope molecules” and how movement, challenge, proper nutrition, and positive experiences can contribute to physical and emotional well-being. The session will conclude with hands-on fitness skills that participants can take back and use with children, adults, and within their own daily routines.

Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 teachers, early childhood educators, and childcare caregivers.
