This training is designed to strengthen instructional practice and elevate student outcomes in Career and Technical Education classrooms. This training focuses on high-impact pedagogy, effective instructional strategies, and practical classroom management techniques that support both new and experienced CTE teachers.Participants will explore research-based teaching practices, learn how to design rigorous and relevant lessons, and develop strategies to actively engage students in meaningful, real-world learning. Sessions will also address building a positive classroom culture, managing diverse learning needs, and maximizing instructional time.Through collaboration, hands-on activities, and real-world application, educators will leave equipped with tools and strategies they can immediately implement to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve student success.
