Supporting Expressive & Receptive Language Through Literacy: PEAR Curriculum Development

This professional development session will focus on designing literacy-based language supports for Pre-K and Kindergarten classrooms. Participants will collaborate to develop book-based lessons with four targeted language activities addressing expressive and receptive skills. Teachers will also create grab-and-go language kits to support vocabulary, comprehension, and communication within classroom routines and centers. Materials created during this session will be ready for implementation at the start of the school year.
