During this one-day event, the Texas School Safety Center will highlight the most relevant topics addressing school safety such as school reopening considerations, updates on the implementation of the Texas Safe and Supportive Schools Program, and mental health considerations for schools. The Commissioner of Education, Mike Morath, Chief of the Texas Division of Emergency Management, Nim Kidd, and Carly Posey, will serve as featured speakers during the conference.
