This training provides a deep dive into the T-PESS rubric and its pillars, emphasizing high-impact leadership practices that drive teacher growth, student achievement, and continuous school improvement. Participants learn how to accurately observe, coach, and provide actionable feedback aligned to T-PESS standards, while strengthening calibration, reflective practice, and data-informed decision-making. Through interactive activities, real-world scenarios, and collaborative discussions, Pillar Advisors build confidence in supporting principals and assistant principals throughout the evaluation cycle.
