Attendance will suffice for approved monitors for the 2024-2025 state-mandated assessments. Test Security & Confidentiality Oath will be signed upon completion of the training.

This 1-day initial/refresher workshop will teach participants to identify the different crisis development stages and appropriate staff responses. Participants will also learn strategies for dealing with an individual in crisis using verbal and physical techniques. This is an initial training for participants who have not been previously certified or previously participated in the enhanced version, or whose certification is expired, and a refresher training for those who need to renew their certification. Participants must attend the six hours to receive full credit and obtain their certification for the 2025-2026 school year.

Participants will learn how to analyze market data, identify comparables, and integrate insights directly into appraisal reports. Through guided demonstrations and practical examples, attendees will gain hands-on experience applying Edspire to real-world scenarios. By the end, appraisers will be equipped to deliver stronger, data-supported conclusions in their work.
