Participants will be introduced to a systematic approach to accelerate teacher effectiveness, build teacher
leaderships, and increase student learning through effective coaching practices and teacher
support. This five full-day Academy includes the following components: Coaching
Framework, Coaching Competencies, Coaching Process, Coaching Tools, and Coaching Cycle
& Feedback Protocol.
