Food Protection Managers Class Part II & Exam

This course will train Food Service Cafeteria Managers & Asst. Managers on food safety, including but not limited to good hygiene practices, cross contact and cross contamination, proper sanitizing procedures, types of contaminants, pest control, and how to prevent foodborne illnesses from occurring.
