The purpose of T-TESS calibration is to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluations by aligning the appraisers' assessments with established standards and expectations, thereby promoting fairness and reliability in the evaluation process. This session will provide live in-person experience to ensure all appraisers evaluate teachers using the rubric as a base for providing teachers with reflection, feedback, and ratings.
