Participants will engage in a variety of activities designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective mentorship. They will participate in interactive workshops to learn best practices for communication, problem-solving, and providing constructive feedback. Mentors will receive guidance on setting goals, tracking progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive working relationship with their new teachers.
