TIA Expansion Using Student Learning Objectives (SLO)

The purpose of the TIA Expansion Using Student Learning Objectives (SLOs) meeting is to discuss the district's initiative to broaden the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) to include educators in all subject areas through the use of SLOs. This expansion aims to provide equitable opportunities for teachers in non-tested subjects to earn designations by setting measurable goals aligned with student growth. During the meeting, we will outline how SLOs support instructional excellence, foster collaboration, and drive student achievement.
