Mentor Program Allotment Mentor Training-Grant Assurances Make-up Session

The purpose of this mid-year training session is to provide mentors with an opportunity to reflect on and assess progress made thus far in supporting their mentees. During this session, mentors will review key milestones, discuss challenges and successes, and identify strategies to enhance mentorship effectiveness. Additionally, the training will set clear expectations and goals for the remainder of the year to ensure alignment with district initiatives and continued professional growth.
