During this 1/2-day leadership academy, participants will take a deep dive into the Texas A-F Accountability Framework and engage in strategic planning for student performance and adult-led systems. Participants will explore each domain of the A-F Accountability Framework to include methodology, updated cut points and targets, and distinction designations. By using 2024 preliminary results and local spring semester benchmark data as a baseline, leaders will work on evaluating the campus formative and summative set goals for the 2024-2025 school year. In addition, campus leaders will engage with the Effective Schools Framework 5.3 (Data-Driven Instruction) to determine areas of need, explore key practices and success criteria, and implement strategies to refine and adjust best practices.
