Region One ESF & T-TESS Academy PD Half Day

The Region One ESC Leads will work in partnership with Rio Grande City Grulla Independent School District by implementing professional staff development for district and campus leadership to strengthen campus systems, build staff capacity, and improve school outcomes. District and campus leads will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with Region I ESC ESF-trained leads to further develop and deep dive with better understanding within the Effective School Framework (ESF) Lever 5.2 (Obeservation and Feedback). These key components of implementation will include support sessions, coaching, and feedback, plus vital resources to improve instructional practices. Nonetheless, adhere to and align with the Texas Education Agency and LEA in efforts to support schools in achieving academic success and meeting accountability standards that help address all areas of school improvement.
