This session welcomes and supports new teachers as they begin their journey in the classroom. Participants will be introduced to district expectations, instructional frameworks, and available support systems. The training will also provide practical strategies for classroom management, lesson planning, and building positive relationships with students and colleagues—laying the foundation for a successful first year in teaching.
