Mentor Program Training for Returning Mentors (Repeat Session)

This training is designed for returning mentors who will continue supporting new teachers through the district’s Mentor Program. The session will review program updates, reinforce effective mentoring practices, and provide strategies for fostering professional growth and retention. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, share best practices, and strengthen their skills to ensure a consistent and supportive experience for beginning teachers.
