This training focuses on building educators’ and leaders’ capacity to effectively analyze and interpret student data reports to inform instructional and leadership decisions. Participants will work with key assessment and performance reports to identify trends, strengths, and areas of need at the classroom, campus, and district levels. Guided by Dr. Jose Garza, the session emphasizes using data to monitor progress, support targeted interventions, and align instructional strategies with district goals as part of the DBM #2 continuous improvement cycle.
