This training prepares District Mentoring Team (DMT) Mentors to effectively support and guide new teachers through high-quality mentoring practices. Participants will develop coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills while learning strategies that promote teacher growth, retention, and student success. Completion of the required training equips mentors to fulfill the expectations of the DMT Mentor Program.
