In this session, system and campus leaders will assess their readiness to implement change management, explore key strategies, mindsets, and structures to support continuous improvement, deepen their understanding of implementing consistent observation and feedback cycles, and develop strategies to build buy-in and address staff resistance. In this session, system and campus leaders will develop a shared understanding of the key attributes of an effective observation and feedback cycle. Leaders will explore what high-quality observation and feedback looks like in practice and establish common language and expectations to support consistent implementation across the system. In this session, system and campus leaders will be introduced to the suite of LIFT observation and feedback tools. Leaders will explore the purpose and structure of each tool and develop a foundational understanding of how they work together to support consistent, evidence-based observation and feedback practices
